The White House responded to news about Trans Athlete’s championship in an exclusive statement to Pakinomist Digital.
“President Trump protects women in sports and restores common sense. Those who choose to violate federal legislation will be held responsible,” spokesman for the White House Harrison Fields said in response to a study of the situation in Minnesota.
Minnesota is currently under a federal investigation for potential violations of title IX for refusing to comply with Trump’s executive order. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison brought a lawsuit against Trump’s administration in April in an attempt to protect its current policy of gender eligibility.
The state also failed to pass a bill that would have blocked biological men from girls and women’s sports in early March, after Democrats in the state’s legislature voted against it.

This enabled Trans Pitcher, Junior Marissa Rothenberger, to have a dominant end game for Champlin Park.
Rothenberger threw a closed closure that allows only three hits and knocked out six in the championship Friday, where he dismissed a race that saw Rothenberger Pitch all 21 laps across three state tournament games and gave up only two races.
The junior allowed only two races across 35 total laps in the post -season.
Then, after the conservative influencer and former NCAA swimming Riley Gaines shared news about Rothenberger’s victory on X on Friday, it triggered a broadly published feud with Olympic Gymnast Simone Biles.
Biles responded to a post in which Gaines pointed out that the Minnesota State High School League disabled comments on his post announcing Champlin Park’s softball team as statesmen who called Gaines “really sick.”
The feud has given rise to widespread setbacks against Biles, including by Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr.
The White House has also previously dealt with Ellison’s lawsuit against Trump’s administration in a statement to Pakinomist Digital.
“Why should an adult man sue the Trump administration to allow other biological men to participate in women’s sports? This is creepy and anti-woman,” Fields said in April.
