David Duchovny reportedly believes TV has changed ever since Netflix gained popularity.
In a new chat with TelegraphThe 64-year-old acting sensation claimed that the streaming platform has ruined TV “in a way”.
David, who shared his two cents in the case, expressed that he was having a hard time believing that every program today could have the lifetime or range of his previous show, The X files.
For those who are not daring, the show ran in the discussion from 1993 to 2002 and another series in 2016 and also fertilized two spin-off movies.
When he spoke on, the actor said to the business, “Netflix kind of f ***** business in a way.”
He continued to explain, “Well, I mean, look at X-Files, which had a foothold on the culture and then lasted. Now there is just so much thing getting glow for a year or two, and then they just fade away.”
“The X-Files frame is evergreen in terms of generating stories, and especially today,” he added further with reference to the X-Files start, developed by Ryan Coogler.
However, the original stars like David will not be against playing Fox Mulder opposite Gillian Anderson as Dana Scully.
