WWE announced on Wednesday that Wrestlemania 42 will be held in Las Vegas in the second year after it was previously revealed that New Orleans would be the host.
Reports about the premier event in the WWE season left New Orleans showed up a few weeks back. When speculation ran violently on social media, WWE announced during his money in the Bank Premium Live event that Wrestlemania will be back at Allegiant Stadium.

“Las Vegas helped deliver the biggest wrestlemania of time, crushed records and delivered a fantastic week to fans around the world,” WWE President Nick Khan said in a news message. “We look forward to working again with the talented and effective teams at Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and Allegiant Stadium to bring Wrestlemania back to the world’s sports and entertainment capital.”
Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) CEO Steve Hill, who spoke with Pakinomist Digital earlier this year prior to Wrestlemania 41, also proclaimed the return of the event.

“We are honored that WWE has again chosen Las Vegas to host the biggest event on their calendar,” Hill said. “Bringing Wrestlemania 42 to Las Vegas emphasizes our city’s reputation for raising world-class events to new heights. We are happy to build on last year’s success and deliver an even more incredible experience for the WWE universe in 2026.”
Wrestlemania in Las Vegas was as busy as the Super Bowl Week in town. WWE hosted events up and down the Las Vegas strip, including the Hall of Fame ceremony, fry of wrestlemania and wrestlemania after dark at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
WWE said “Monday Night Raw”, “Friday Night SmackDown” and WWE World return. NXT Stand & Deliver also takes place in the city.

It will be the second time in Wrestlemania’s history that the show will host the same city for consecutive years. Wrestlemania IV and Wrestlemania V were held in Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ
