Josh Duhamel recently became honest and opened to how testosteron therapy helped him.
In a new conversation at Men’s Health Laboratory, The 52-year-old American actor discussed getting hormone therapy and revealed that his wife was one of the reasons he started hormone replacement therapy.
With reference to his wife, Audra Mari, 31, Duhamel said, “It’s important to her that I get so young and virile as long as I can.”
When he expanded this, he also talked about other parts of his life that got better because of the therapy by quipping, “I think there is a unified wellness, you just know for these purposes alone …”
“Just having the energy that this desire to go out and achieve is a better father, be a better brother, be a better friend, be a better business owner you are not tapered as if you would normally – and I think it is also one of the benefits of it, mentally and physically,” it Transformers The star added.
Duhamel mentioned that when he decided to go to testosterone treatment, he was diagnosed with low levels of it.
“I had heard about this for a while – about testosterone replacement therapy – and that was one of the things I wouldn’t talk about, nor someone I asked about it.”
“And I think it was just that I took a statement, a personal inventory, of how I was doing, and I knew I wasn’t quite where I was at five, 10 years before. It was when I got tested and realized my levels were low and that was when I decided to start doing it,” The Ransom Canyon The actor said.
