Miami Dolphin’s linebacker Bradley Chubb told journalists that his team was “lying down” about a change in the culture last season.
“I would say last year that we are lying, honest, point-blank, period. We felt,” Chubb said at the team’s Minicam on Wednesday.

“We put our toe in the water, but we didn’t completely dive in. We didn’t get all the way there with each other. We didn’t make an effort to go the extra mile.”
He continued, “I would say we do this this year. I’m not sure how it will turn out to us, but we put that foot to change it … If it works, it will work. If it doesn’t, we’ll get back to the drawing board and make sure it works.”

Head coach Mike McDaniel responded to Chubb’s comments while talking to journalists.
“It would have been great if he would have told me at the front end as they lie,” McDaniel said.

“In addition to that, 2024, unless I use it directly for an analogy, I am much more concerned with 2025. I think you do much more for the organization if you spend your time thinking in the form of not this, it or the other or whose fault it was. No, we want it like this, let’s do it like this and that is who we are.
