Kelsea Ballerini sets her wellness goals with a unique approach as she enters a new chapter in life.
In a recent chat with People, The 31-year-old singer revealed that since her 30s have already begun Ballerini’s first priority is her “physical”, “mental” and “emotional” well-being.
The Miss me more Singer described his fitness plans as “360 healthy.”
“I want to be mentally healthy. I want to be physically healthy, emotionally healthy, and I will be able to maintain life and the career that I have been lucky enough to build for myself,” Ballerini explained her approach.
The five-time Grammy Award Nominated continued to say, “The goal now is like, can I run around the stage for 90 minutes and have that energy to do it? Can I wake up and take both dogs on a trip and make sure that Dibs goes to all his doctor’s appointments, and I’m on zoom in the middle of it? Can I be present for everything I need?
Sharing about her go-to fitness routine Ballerini noted that she is doing “walks” as it makes her “get fresh air” and “some good sunshine”, as well as it is “good for mental health.”
In addition, she added that she is a “Pilates Girly”, follows the “80/20 rule” and bulking on protein at the moment.
