California’s girls, their families and other activists marry to offices for California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) on Friday to protest the state’s laws that allow biologically male trans athletes to compete in girls sports.

The protest was arranged by California Family Council, who announced the rally in a press release on Thursday. Several female athletes will speak at a press conference at the event, including Taylor Starling, Kaitlyn Slavin and Celeste Duyst.

Starling and Slavin are engaged in a lawsuit against their school district, Riverside Unified School District, after a Trans-Athlet took Starlings Varsity cross-country space last fall, and they claim school administrators compared their “Save Girls Sports” t-shirts with swastikas.

Duyst became viral to a speech she gave at a Lucia Mar Unified School District Board meeting in April, where she cried while she told about sharing a dressing room with a trans athlete before track exercise.

“This is about justice,” California Family Council Outreach Director Sophia Lorey said in the press release. “Girls over California sidelines by policies that ignore the biological reality. CIF has to answer it.”

The rally comes weeks after the state was shaken by the presence of a trans athlete at the CIF Track and Field Championships, where the Jurupa Valley High School’s transcend students AB Hernandez took first place in the high -mare and triple jump.

President Donald Trump sent a message to the state in the week leading up to the event warning of potential federal funding cuts if a trans athlete was allowed to compete in the girls championship.

CIF changed its rules to give girls ending a trans athlete to be raised to the place they would have ended otherwise, but Hernandez was still allowed to compete. Girls who ended behind Hernandez in the championships then had to share the same podium space with the Trans athlete during medal ceremonies.

Trump then promised to introduce “big fines” on the state of California for having allowed a biologically male trans athlete to win more girls state titles on June 3rd.

“A biological man competed in California Girls State Finals and won big, despite being warned by me not to do so. As Governor Gavin Newscum fully understands, fines on a large scale will be imposed!” Trump wrote about truth social.

The Ministry of Justice announced a federal probe in California of potential violations of title IX regarding its policy that allows trans athletes in girls sports at the end of May. The state had already been under a Department of Education Survey on the question since February.

The Office of California Attorney General Rob Bonta made a statement to Pakinomist Digital, addressing the US Ministry of Justice, sending a letter warning of a deadline on June 9 to change his policies to prevent trans athletes from Girls Sports.

“We are very concerned about the Trump Administration’s ongoing threats to California’s schools and remain obliged to defend and maintain California’s laws and all additional laws that ensure that the students – including transking students – are free from discrimination and harassment. We review the letter and monitor the Trump administration’s actions in this space,” the statement states.

ONE Bipartisan Survey By the Public Policy Institute of California, most of California residents found against biological male trans athletes competing in women’s sports.

This number included more than 70% of State school parents.

“Most Californians support that those who require transnry athletes compete for teams that matched the gender they were assigned at birth,” the vote states.

“Solid majorities in adults (65%) and probably voters (64%) support that requires transking athletes to compete on teams that match the gender they were assigned at birth, not the gender they identify with. An overwhelming majority of public school parents (71%) support such a requirement.”

Newsom said Trans athletes competing in Girls Sports were “deeply unreasonable” during an episode of his podcast in March.
