Girl Group Katseye has released the music video for their new song “Gabriela”.
The track is the second single from the group’s upcoming ep “Beautiful Chaos”.
The music video, directed by Andrew Thomas Huang, stars actor and businesswoman Jessica Alba with the members.
“Our music video for ‘Gabriela’ is vibrant, colorful, dramatic and full of heart,” Katseye said in a statement.
“We read ourselves in Telenovela’s world because they are iconic and over-the-top on the best possible way from play to hair and wardrobe. We tried to honor that spirit while we had fun with the concept. It’s all love, all tribute and definitely all drama!”
Katseye consists of members Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia and Yoonchae.
They were formed through the 2023 reality -tv show “Dream Academy” and debuted in 2024 under the joint venture of South Korean Hebe and US Label Geffen Records.
They are the first US-based girls group under the South Korean label responsible for BTS, seventeen and NewJeans to be cast under the K-Pop training system.
