Voice calls are the main question
Downdetector – Reports show that ‘Voice Call’ is the most common problem this morning in the Three UK – and it is backed up by anecdotal comments to like X.
Many customers say they can’t make voice calls with error messages that their phones “couldn’t connect” to the network. This is also the case on related networks such as ID Mobile.
About three British users say they can still use mobile data, but voice calls are down. The Downdetect Reports continue to spike, so it seems that another British fuel interruption.
A rather large spikes for three
Not a good start to the day for three British customers, or actually those on related networks like Smarty and ID Mobile.
Downdetector shows a large increase in reports from three users who are currently over 5,000 reports. It’s not as high as the network’s voice calling for operations back in January, but it’s not far away – so hopefully there will be a solution before it is snowballed.
I have contacted three for comment and will update this live blog as soon as I hear back.
