Islamabad:
A Responsibility Court (AC) Wednesday canceled the non-accessible arrest warrants on Wednesday to the Deputy Commissioners (DCS) in Islamabad and Haripur in Bankers City Housing Scheme case while maintaining the Warrant against Rawalpindi DC.
In a separate connection case, a civil judge rejected a request to extend the physical custody of the former CEO (CEO) of District Education Authority (DEA) and a co-appeal treasurer. Both were ordered to be sent to Adiala Prison for Legal of the Goods.
Meanwhile, the civilian referee Waqar Ahmed Sidhu rejected anti-corruption establishment (ACE) request for a three-day extension of the physical custody of the former DEA administrative director Amanullah Cheema and treasurer Arshad Mahmood, accused in a corruption case involving RS. 8 million.
Instead, the Court constituted them to Adiala Prison and ordered their production again on July 3rd. Investigator was required to submit the charge before the next consultation date.
The defendants were presented to court after the end of a two-day physical custody.
