Detroit Piston’s -Guard Malik Beasley was reportedly under a federal investigation over the allegations of games tied to NBA games and prop efforts.

The US Law Office is conducting the investigation of the NBA veteran, ESPN reported on Sunday. Pakinomist Digital reached out to the US Law Office for the Eastern District in Michigan.

Beasley’s lawyer, Steve Haney, talked about the reported investigation.

“A survey is not a fee,” Haney told ESPN. “Malik gets the same right to the presumption of innocence as anyone else under the American constitution. From now on, he is not charged with anything.”

The allegations against Beasley were not immediately known.

“We are working with the investigation of federal prosecution,” NBA speaker Mike Bass told Pakinomist Digital.

Pakinomist Digital reached out to the stamps for comment.

Beasley played all 82 games for Piston’s last season that started 18 of them. He average 16.3 points and 2.6 rebounds per Match. It was his first season with Detroit and ESPN reported that the two sides stopped negotiations on the extension of the contract when the investigation was revealed.

He has played nine seasons in the NBA and spent time with Denver Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves, Utah Jazz, Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks.
