Caitlin Clark’s popularity is the highest it has even been, and the second year Indiana Fever player will only have more eyes on her as she continues to build her legacy in WNBA.

The increase in fame has come with some tough licking on the field. Clark was in lots of skirmish in his rookie season, took dents on shots and was on the receiving end of hard screens. So much so that she admitted a busted eardrum and had a black eye at some point. This season, Clark was already beaten in Brouhahas with opponents.

Clark fans have suggested that the failure to protect Fever Sharpshooter could lead her to build her own professional basketball League. Christine Brennan, the author of “On her game: Caitlin Clark and the revolution in Women’s Sports,” talked about the potential of what happens in an interview at ESPN Los Angeles last week.

“Nike loves her. She has of course Wilson. She has Gatorade,” she said via the New York Post. “Although Lønn’s $ 76,000 for a rookie is more this year now she serves $ 28 million from Nike alone, according to the Wall Street Journal. So she is at $ 40 million, anything. Ok, fine, she is doing well. And if Nike said, ‘We want to do the Nike-Clark League,’ it would obviously take a few years to get Arenas and whatever.
