Arizona Diamondbacks have finally had enough with one of their most loyal fans.

Dave McCaskill is a seasonal ticket holder for his beloved D-backs and owns an Advantage member account that gives him access to specific events, early ticket access after the season and discounts throughout the ballpark.

However, after being involved in yet another fan interference dilemma, Diamondbacks banned him for the rest of the year and completed his membership account.

“This particular fan has been involved in several offenses at Chase Field …” the team said in a statement. “This fan will have the opportunity to return to Chase Field in 2026 as long as he meets certain terms and complies with our fan -behavior code.”

McCaskill reached for a ball that was out of bat of San Francisco Giant’s third Baseman Christian Koss. The ball just missed the outstretched glove of the left Fielder Tim Tawa. Center Fielder Alek Thomas seemed to exchange words with McCaskill who threw the ball to Thomas. Thomas then threw it back. Koss was originally excluded, but after review he was awarded a double and McCaskill was started from the ballpark.

The latest videos of McCaskill, who played on Borderline Home Run Balls, reappeared on social media shortly after D-Backs’ announcement.

“I’m D-Backs Fan. I will never do anything to hurt D-backs or to get them losing the game,” McCaskill told Fox 10 Phoenix.

However, he admitted to being “pushed out three times.” (He later corrected himself to “Technically … twice.”)

“I caught the ball, just came down and you see my glove hit the yellow, top. So I think the ball would have jumped upstairs and gone over,” McCaskill explained.

Fans are not allowed to reach beyond the wall or imaginary line directly over it to catch a ball. But it’s fair game when the ball crosses the imaginary line. Jomboy Media pointed out a total of four cases where other social media accounts said he has been involved in five such reviews.

“What I can comment on is last night, the piece happened, I want the game to play. I want the game to be played … I want the players to be made by the players,” Diamondbacks said Torey Lovullo.

According to the New York Post, McCaskill said he has “followed” the notorious Ballhawk Zack Hample, who has gained plenty of controversy throughout his game-participating days. Hample has caught over 10,000 baseballs.
