Pakistan’s woman’s football team drew a fantastic 2-0 win against higher ranked Indonesia in their group D-match in 2026 AFC Women’s Asian Cup qualifications in Tangerang on Wednesday.
The victory marks Pakistan’s first international triumph since September 2023.
Nadia Khan opened the scoring in the eighth minute, the network its fifth international goal and gave Pakistan an early lead. Suha Hirani doubled the benefit of the 18th minute by converting a penalty and securing a commanding position for her side.
