State -sponsored Terrorism Part of India’s policy to destabilize Pakistan: DG ISPR

India uses state-sponsored terrorism as a policy against Pakistan, especially in Balochistan, said Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Lieutenant Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry on Wednesday.

In an exclusive interview with Al Jazeera TVsaid the military spokesman that India’s support for terrorist activities is aimed at destabilizing Pakistan’s security, especially in the unstable region of Balochistan.

“These dishonest designs of India are a systematic conspiracy to destabilize Pakistan, especially in Balochistan,” he said. He added that India had repeatedly admitted to supporting terrorism in Pakistan.

LT Gen Chaudhry reiterated that Pakistan considers any aggression against his sovereign territory as a direct threat to regional stability.

“India’s political leadership has repeatedly admitted to support terrorism in Pakistan,” said Gen Chaudhry, naming Ajit Doval, India’s national security adviser, as Mastermind behind New Delhi’s network of state -sponsored terrorism.

The military spokesman also referred to the recent attack in Waziristan, which was required by the described TTP, who martyred 16 Pakistani soldiers and wounded over 20 others.

Pakistan has consistently maintained that India is directly involved in such attacks. “India supports and funds terrorist activities in Pakistan,” Gen repeated the chaudhry while talking to Al Jazeera TV.

The term ‘Khawarij’ has recently been used by Pakistan’s military and media to refer to armed groups that attack the state and its military forces.

“The current Fitna al-Khawarij is a continuation of the misleading ideology that has historically led to the killing of Muslims during a false religious tale,” he said.

In Islam, only the state has the authority to wage holy war (Jihad) or participate in battle, and no individual, organization or group has this power, he said.

“Khawarij has no relation to Islam, humanity, Pakistan or Pakistani traditions,” maintained gen Chaudhry.

DG ISPR added that the term Fitna al-Hindustan was used in Pakistan to describe terrorists supported by India. “Fitna al-Hindustan is especially active in destabilizing the country, especially in the province of Balochistan,” he said.

He emphasized that several countries, including the United States and Canada, have recognized the Indian state -sponsored terrorism on their land.

With reference to the country’s nuclear capacity, the general army claimed that Pakistan was a responsible and declared nuclear power, and its nuclear program was certainly. “Our nuclear capacity is invincible and no one can dry to target our nuclear program,” he added.

The army spokesman also spoke of wider geopolitical issues and confirmed Pakistan’s support for Iran in the light of Israeli aggression. “Pakistan stands firm with Iran in these challenging times.”
