National Cyber ​​Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), in coordination with a law enforcement agency, attacked an illegal call center in Faisalabad and arrested 149 people who are allegedly involved in Ponzi schemes.

NCCIA attacked the call center in Shangla Hill, Shahkot Road. Call Center is reportedly owned by a former chairman of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) Board of Directors. As many as 149 people – including local and foreigners – were found working in the illegal business arrested on site.

Among the workers are 78 Pakistanis, while 73 are foreigners. Seven cases ranging from fraud to deception have been registered against the defendants. According to sources, Malik Tahseen Awan is the most important suspect in all seven cases and attacks are underway to catch him.
