He never got out of the game.
The first was in 2018 when Houser vomited twice during a game against Philadelphia Phillies. He let two doubles up in the round, allowing a race. But he never got out of the game.
Afterwards, manager Craig Counsell journalists told that houses were not sick, but rather the heat, not eating enough, and nerves contributed to him puking.

Then, in the following season, houses in the first lap pitched against Texas Rangers. He was just four blows in the game when it happened, but he never left.
Instead, houses continued to knock out 10 fighters as the breweries won the game.
White Sox hopes that Houser’s efforts after getting sick is worth it as they seem to click on Toronto’s 10-game victory.
