Seattle Mariners Starts Bryan Woo debuted in 2023, but it took him until this season to earn a place on the American league list.

Woo got to break this well -deserved news to his parents over the phone, and the soulmates caught the moment on video for everyone to watch.

He played it coy first and discussed his next start in Bronx against New York Yankees. But then the bomb fell as he sneaked himself in a question to his father.

“Will you guys go to Atlanta after that?” Woo asked.

What came out on the second line was a scream of joy when his father, Clayton, belted out: “No freaking way!”

“No way!” He shouted even louder as Woo began to get emotional.

WOO’s mother, Hilary, went into the conversation with pure amazement.

“Holy S —, Bryan!” she said. “Oh my God, by no means.”

When an amazement was over, Elder Woo said they will surely be on their way to Atlanta, where this year’s All-Star game will host.

Woo has had a huge start to the 2025 season and owns a 2.77 era over 17 starts (107.1 laps) with 104 strikes for only 19 walks. He builds a campaign in 2024, where he had a 2.89 era over 22 starts.

As Woo told his parents, he will join colleagues Mariners Cal Raleigh, Julio Rodriguez and Andrés Muñoz on the American League troop.
