Islamabad:
An anti-terrorism Court (ATC) maintained the arrest warrant for Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur on Thursday and also ordered the process to declare former minister Amir Mahmood Kayani declared offender.
ATC judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case. The court maintained arrest warrants in Gandapur for his continuous non-supervision despite being called in the Faizabad Protest case on the disqualification of the founder of PTI.
During the hearing, Ilyas Siddiqui, Raja Zahoor and others appeared in court on behalf of the defendant.
