Richard Tillman, the younger brother of the late NFL, Pat Tillman, appeared in a California courtroom on Wednesday, when questions rose about whether he would be mentally able to put a lawsuit.
Tillman crashed at a San Jose Post Office on Sunday morning and was arrested on suspicion of arson and vandalism according to Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. Police said he crashed at the post office located in a strip center around 3 o’clock

In the courtroom, Tillman spoke loudly several times. He claimed he was competent, he did not need bail and that his lawyer was “no longer my lawyer.” His lawyers declared doubts that Tillman should ask trial and no plea was concluded. His bail was set at $ 136,000.
Tillman will be back in court in August, when the court assigns doctors to assess his competence.

He has live streaming, what I would call, his changed even on social media for someone to witness.
