Islamabad:
Federal Minister for Communication Aleem Khan has ordered the National Highway Authority (NHA) to remain aware based on the expected new Monsun Former and the ongoing relief efforts.
The NHA chairman has issued new instructions that instruct all officers to leave their offices and remain in the field, maintain close and constant monitoring of the situation, a press release said.
It added that all magazines for officers and employees have officially been canceled.
The chairman instructed all officers to have their contingency plans ready, and in the event of a unforeseen situation, these plans should be implemented immediately without delay.
