Seattle Mariners made a blockbuster trait in the middle of the night to strengthen their lineup in the hope of a World Series -Push this fall.

The marines agreed that an agreement with Arizona Diamondbacks to acquire sluggish Third Baseman Eugenio Suárez, according to several reports. The teams have not yet announced the agreement.

Suárez was considered one of the largest fish in the trading market ahead of Thursday evening’s deadline. The two-time All-Star has 36 home runs, a major-leading 87 RBI and fought .248 with an ops of .898 in 105 games with diamondbacks this season.

He was on the maritime in 2022 and 2023 and hit a combined 58 home runs. However, he led the American league in strikes every year and surpassed 200 in 2023 alone.

He wants to join a lineup that already boasts a few power hits.
