Karachi:
Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has approved a significant step to facilitating air travel for pilgrims driving against Iran and Iraq, inviting licensed air charter operators to start charter services on these routes.
The federal government had previously suspended road trips between Pakistan and Iran to ensure Pilgrim’s security. In light of this, the authorities have decided to provide special air connection to Pilgrims traveling to Iran and Iraq.
CAA has formally invited all air operators who have valid air charter licenses to initiate services between Pakistan and the two countries.
