Start everything new on Netflix in August 2025 is My oxford yearwhich fortunately for us is already available to stream. Based on the book with the same name by Julia Whelan, the new movie tells the story of Anna (Sofia Carson), an American student traveling to Oxford, England to fulfill her dreams. While she is there, she meets a local called Jamie (Corey Mylchreest) and a picture perfect romance begins. Think dramatic kisses in the rain, beautiful scenery and everything else we’ve missed since Four weddings and a funeral and Notting Hill days.
This is all excellent news if you’ve seen Summer I became beautiful Season 3 in the past few weeks. The love triangle between Belly (Lola Tung), Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno) and Conrad (Christopher Briney) has reached ridiculous new heights, with Belly and Jeremiah to marry despite Jeremiah’s Ranslet behavior. Conrad has returned home to find out it all at her mother’s memorial minony and adheres to Belly, while Jeremiah leaves her again in the swirling.
While Summer I became beautiful is annoying to look at, i’m completely for switching to My oxford year This month. Sure it’s a movie rather than a TV series but Netflix hits the nail on the romantic head where Prime video makes love for this year’s most Bisarre soap opera.
Netflix is my oxford — Års give us the dazzling romance that summer I turned pretty, missing

Listen, we know that Conrad’s blind persistence and unnecessary love for stomach will pay off at the end of season 3, and section 5’s plan to switch to his perspective is likely to be the turning point we are waiting for. But boy, it’s all a long and difficult struck to get there. Sometimes we just want a romance without a hidden agenda, keep things simple with two people who meet, fall in love and get torn apart before fate throws them back together. And this is here My oxford year comes in.
If you want romance, the new Netflix movie is just that in each sense of the word. It is not only expanding to Anna and Jamie’s thriving relationship – which has incredibly compelling chemistry, I have to add – but also life itself. We look out at the world with rosetone glasses and there is beauty everywhere we see. Subscribers can be wrapped up in all the complicated stories and years of lore that they like, but sometimes we just need to remind you of the basics.
Honestly I am too happy to have a break from Summer I became beautifulAlthough it lasts until the last season is through. It’s summer (for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere at least), the nights are still light, and I would be whipped away in a VILLINF -love affair that will certainly not happen to me in real life. On it (and many other things), My oxford year Wins out and I just know that my colleague Conrad lovers agree.
