Becky Lynch made past history at Metlife Stadium as she became part of the first wrestlemania head event to have female competitors.
On Sunday, she was able to defend the women’s intercontinental championship against Lyra Valkyria in a whole brawl. Lynch’s Win meant that Valkyria could never challenge the title again as long as Lynch was the master.

The match was a swallowing party from the beginning. Valkyria, who had drawn Lynch’s rage for weeks for weeks after losing women’s roofing titles. Started with flying fist. But a miscue launched Lynch. The two took the fight to the outside, and Lynch and Valkyria became extreme with weapons in hand.
Valkyria and Lynch used each inch of the exterior room. At one point, Valkyria even threw Lynch into the still photographer. But the challenger took his eyes out of Lynch for a second and the master exploited. She pulled out a chain and unpacked it around her face and began to take a more methodical approach to the fight.
She brought Valkyria back into the ring and made the beatdown. Lynch then found a toolbox and a chair after already beating his opponent with a Kendo stick. The fight began to become more vicious from there. A chair shot and a toolbox that was run into Valkyria’s face was next.
Lynch pulled a zipper together from the toolbox and Valkyria’s hands together. With nowhere to go, Valkyria also had to eat a wrench from Lynch.

But even when Lynch delivered smackdown, Valkyria continued to kick off the pin. There was still a fight in Valkyria throughout the match. Her resilience emerged and it was top, at least for a few minutes. With her hands still tied, she hit a non-hand-moonsault at Lynch.
It looked like Lynch would return on the offensive, but after she threw Valkyria outside the ring, she disappeared. Lynch was looking for her, but she was nowhere to be found. She looked under the ring and found that she was sprayed with a fire extinguisher.
Valkyria was able to get her hands loosened with the few seconds she had alone. She pulled all the stops and hit Nightwing out of the steel steps and on the floor. They were still outside the ring and no pin trials were made.
Somehow it became more brutal from there. Lynch put Valkyria between a chair and did some injuries. Just as she was going to hit a defenseless Valkyria with a copper, Bayley showed up and took it out of her hands. Bayley was almost gone into hitting Valkyria with the bullet.
But Bayley and Lynch started beating. Bayley shouted at Lynch, “You took everything from me.”
Like Lynch, a table used to pick up again, Valkyria got up and got out of nowhere to drop Lynch through it.

Valkyria was packing up the match. Bayley came back on top of the apron and accidentally hit Valkyria with a steel chain. Lynch hit the handle lamb and attached Valkyria.
Lynch’s hand was raised at the end.
