Ozzy Osbourne’s official cause of death has been revealed.
These findings came two weeks after the legendary rocker met his death at the age of 76.

According to this report, the “Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest” certificate stated as the immediate cause of contributing factors, including “coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomous dysfunction.”
Ozzy Osbourne died on July 22 surrounded by loved ones.
“It is with more sadness than just words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has died this morning,” his family said in a statement that shared with the outlets.
“He was with his family and surrounded by love. We are all asking to respect our family privacy at this time,” added the grieving family,
