Christina Applegate is under medical treatment of a kidney infection that has since affected both of her kidneys.
The 53-year-old actress recorded her 5th August episode of her podcast messed with her Cohost Jamie Lynn Sigler from a hospital where she is admitted to Los Angeles.
Christina admitted that the pain caused by infection is “so much pain” that she “screamed.”
The Married … with children Alun shared that she began to feel sick during her family visit to Europe. While she was back home she decided to go directly to the medical center to avoid hurry to an emergency at midnight
“I’m like, I want to be admitted,” said Applegate, expressing frustration over his ongoing battle with multiple sclerosis.
“I stay here because I want answers. I want any test that you may be able to think about or those that you haven’t even thought of and I want them done,” she continued.
The next day, however, she woke up with dishonest pain on her right side, and she thought her “appendix was blown up.”
“So much pain. I screamed and they ordered me an emergency CT 2 in the morning,” and the scan revealed a kidney infection.
“I just want to be here (in the hospital),” she said, explaining, “because of this kidney infection, I have to have intravenous antibiotics right now. And that’s where we’re on.”
