EXCLUSIVE: The US Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General Harmet Dhillon has spoken in response to the recent development related to San Jose State University’s transcend volleyball player from last fall.

Dhillon responded to Pakinomist Digital’s July 31 -Report with new accusations from former SJSU -Volleyball player Brooke Slusser related to a mismatch study by her former Trans teammate, Blaire Fleming. Fleming was accused of having the conspiracy with an opponent of player to get slushes connected to the face during a match in October.

“The Ministry of Justice has restored justice to women’s sports and will continue to go for bad actors who are jeopardizing young women with waking gender ideology. In November, a Mountain West conference study of the original allegations against Fleming ended without finding “adequate evidence” just three days after the first e emails to witnesses to create interviews were sent, according to Public Records obtained by Pakinomist Digital.

The investigation was conducted by the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher (WFG). WFG was also hired by Mountain West to defend the conference against a trial of slushes, which included the same accusations against Fleming as the law firm cleared.

Public items obtained by Pakinomist Digital Show WFG -Attorney Tim Heafhy led the investigation of Fleming’s alleged mismatch. HEHAHY previously served as Chief Investigative Counsel for the US Representative House Select Committee to investigate the protests 6 January the capital.

Slusser told Pakinomist Digital that she had a conversation with a teammate who was interviewed as part of the conference’s investigation into Fleming’s alleged plan.

“Based on what I was told exactly what one of my teammates had seen going that night – about talking about the scout report and leaving the web open – was told these lawyers. Then it should have been sufficient proof [of the alleged plan by Fleming]”Said Slusser.

“People tell you that this happened and it’s not used information. She sat there and heard the conversation between Blaire and [former Colorado State volleyball player] Malaya [Jones]. So for me, from what I know without even having to dig deep into this study, there is sufficient evidence and they were told sufficient evidence. ”

Pakinomist Digital cannot independently verify that Slusser’s teammate confirmed the allegations against Fleming as he spoke to investigators. None of WFG’s lawyers have been accused of violating any applicable rules for professional behavior.

Now Dhillon joins other GOP officials who speak in response to the recent report.

Senator Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn, shared the report with the headline, “This is shameful and this young woman should never have been forced to compete with a man in the first place.”

Senator Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., Shared the report on X and called for NCAA and Mountain West to conduct a new study.

“It is a disgrace that we have universities that actively put female athletes in damage. NCAA and Mountain West need to hold a full investigation right away. Appreciate Brooke Slusses speaking out and fighting for female athletes. Hold it up!” Tuberville wrote.

A White House spokesman made a statement to Pakinomist Digital last week who also addressed the report.

“Women deserve to play sports without fear of being violated and harassed by biological men. President Trump returns to integrity with women’s sports by ending the deteriorating left policy that downsets and jeopardizes women,” The White House Spokesman Taylor Rogers said.

In a trial signed by 10 other current or former woman’s college volleyball players against Mountain West And representatives of SJSU, Slusser alleged Fleming and other teammates Snow out of a team hotel the night before a 3rd October match against Colorado State and met with an opponent’s player.

The lawsuit claimed that a teammate who sneaked out with Fleming later, players and coaches of an alleged plan of Fleming, in a conspiracy with Colorado State Player, told the face of a match during a match.

The lawsuit and the complaint claimed that the players who were out out of the way told other players and coaches that they saw Fleming also handing over a SJSU scout report with an agreement to throw the match in the Colorado State’s advantage.

Slusser said that after she joined Riley Gaines’ lawsuit against NCAA in September, her interaction with Trans athletes quickly became hostile with reference to her experience with Fleming.

“After I joined the trial, Blaire didn’t like me at all. There was a time when Blaire said, ‘I will never talk to you again.’ And I said, ‘Ok, that’s fine,’ Slusser said.

Pakinomist Digital interviewed San Jose State Athletic Director Jeff Konya to ask about Slusser’s claims and other details of the investigation. However, Konya rose after about five minutes of related questions and went away and said, “I’m done.”

Pakinomist Digital played a video clip of locks that recited these accusations to Konya on Mountain West Media Days July 15.

“I have no idea if she tells the truth or not,” Konya said of Slusser’s claims.

Konya would not confirm or deny if any of the witnesses that were interviewed confirmed the allegations against Fleming.

When asked if he was pleased with how the university handled the controversy involving Fleming in 2024, Konya said, “I think everyone acted in the best possible way they could consider the circumstances.”

The US Ministry of Education opened a federal title IX study of the situation involving Fleming and the university’s handling of the trans athlete. Doe recently reached appointments with other universities that allowed men to play on women’s teams.

On July 1, DOE announced that it had reached an agreement with the University of Pennsylvania to apologize to all female athletes competing with transcend swimmer Lia Thomas in the 2021-22 season and to resign all Thomas’ school posts.

Then, on Friday, the department announced a similar deal with Wagner College in response to the school, which allows transcend fences Redmon Sullivan to compete for the Women’s Fence team.

Education Secretary Linda McMahon previously told Pakinomist Digital that her department continues to work to tackle the SJSU study.

“Our study will continue,” McMahon said.

Pakinomist Digital has reached SJSU, Mountain West and WFG for a response to Dhillon’s statement.

When Pakinomist Digital previously asked The Mountain West if it would reveal evidence from the investigation, especially if any of the interviewed witnesses confirmed the allegations against Fleming, the conference fell.

“With litigation that is underway, Mountain West has no further comments,” a spokesman said for the conference.

San Jose State previously refused to respond to Slusser’s claims.

“Due to ongoing litigation and federal investigation, we are unable to respond to your investigation,” a university spokesman told Pakinomist Digital.

Pakinomist Digital has tried to reach Fleming through social media to comment in response to Slusser’s claims.
