Houston Texans Security Jimmie Ward is behind the pillars again after he reportedly violated a condition of his bond of $ 30,000, derived from his crime of crimes in June.
Ward, 34, was arrested again on Thursday and booked in Montgomery County Prison, according to online items. It marks his second time behind columns in almost two months.

The NFL player’s lawyer, Steve Jackson, told KPRC That he was booked after testing positively for alcohol – a violation of his guarantee relationship.

“It is a condition of bond and there are certain conditions that you cannot drink,” the lawyer explained. “Jimmie thought it was not to be drunk, as if he could get a drink. There was no contact with the complainant. The court has a zero tolerance policy to drink while on bond, unaware of him.”
Jackson stated that there were no new accusations aimed at Ward and that the non -contact order has not been violated.
Ward was arrested in Texas on June 12 and accused of assault on a family member by preventing breathing or circulation, which is a third -degree crime.

Texan’s’ Jimmie Ward ‘will be justified’ after crime of crimes, says lawyer
The Texans said in a statement at the time they are aware of the reports on Ward’s arrest and would not comment further as they “collect more information.”
Jackson earlier told people That he believes Ward will be “justified” as they continue to investigate the accusations against him.
“We have been aware of the complaining witness for some time and her actions towards Jimmie Ward as well as another high -profile sports figure,” Jackson told the business. “It is sad that professional athletes and public persons have to endure things like this, but apparently has become common. But we will continue to examine this woman and her story thoroughly and believe that Jimmie will be justified.”

Ward spent most of his career playing for San Francisco 49ers. In nine seasons with the organization he recorded seven interceptions and 451 tackles over 106 games.
He went into the 2023 season as a free agent before signing a two-year-old $ 13 million deal.
Ward signed a one -year contract extension worth $ 10.5 million before the start of last season. In two seasons with the Texans, Ward appeared in 20 matches and recorded three interceptions and 98 tackles.
