Jennifer Aniston has admitted that Selena Gomez has been “an angel” in her life.
Talking to PeopleAniston said, “Selena helps me to lean into social media. She is so effortless when it comes to it. And she’s just an angel with whom I love to spend time.”
Meanwhile Friends Actress talked about how she limits her social media to rolling.
“I’ve tried not to doomscroll. I try to stay away from noise as much as possible,” she admitted. “Fortunately, my algorithm is animal, architecture, hair and spiritual affirmations. So it’s not so bleak.”
Sharing her routine after wrapping her shooting, Aniston continued, “I come home, I’m with my dogs. I go on music. I want to talk to some friends on the phone that people used to do.”
“I like to zone out to a big documentary, find something that will be light over my heart and make me laugh. Maybe friends have for dinner,” the 56-year-old actress told the business.
“I try to focus on the beautiful things that happen in life and where I can contribute. There are certain things that are out of our control and out of our power, which is quite frustrating. So try not to live where you are handcuffed and can’t do anything,” she added.
“I love my work, I love my dogs, I love my friends and I am excited to create new things,” Murder mystery Actress ended.
