David Justice has opened up his split from Halle Berry.
When he talked about the All The Smoke podcast, the former MLB player discussed his relationship with Halle.
David shared that he and Halle realized that they would have different things after five months of marriage.
He said, “My knowledge and my understanding, my wisdom about relationship just wasn’t huge.”
“So I look at my mom – and I’m a guy in Midwest. So, in my opinion I think a wife at that time should cook, clean, [be] Traditionally, you know? “He added.
The baseball player continued to add, “at the time a young guy – she doesn’t cook, don’t clean, don’t really look like maternal, and then we start to have trouble.”
In addition, David also noted that Halle asked him to marry her after knowing him for five months. “I said OK because I couldn’t say no. Who will say no at the time?”
He said, “I don’t know if my heart really was in it but i wouldn’t make her feel bad and say no, you know or [if] I was right at the moment. “
In addition, David said, “We spent a lot of time from each other because she made movies in this country, that country. And we could honestly have done so if I knew about therapy. If we knew about therapy, we could probably have done so.”
“We’ve never had any major problems like that,” Father added to three. “It’s just … because I was young and had only been in a real relationship before her,” noted David Justice, who tied the knot with Halle Berry in 1993 and got divorced in 1997, noticed.
