NFL News: Jason Kelce draws attention in podcast with Taylor Swift over new look

Former Philadelphia Eagles Center Jason Kelce defended on social media this week after his new look in the recent “new Heights” episode with pop star Taylor Swift turned some heads on social media.

Fans who tuned in on Wednesday evening’s premiere, who had at one point reached over 1.2 million viewers, pointed out that the elders Kelce brother seemed to have dyed his salt and pepper facial hair black.

He also seemed to have dyed his hair a similar color.

In response to former NFL -Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, X commented that he felt “betrayed” for a teaser clip of the episode, Kelce defended the new look.

“I promise the dye was for a good reason didn’t hate me,” Kelce wrote without determining what the “good reason” was.

Kelce’s new look debuted during Swift’s first performance at the podcast, where she revealed her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”

In addition to discussing her love story with Kansas City Chief’s tight end Travis Kelce, the trio discussed Swift’s new found love for football.

“Jason, on our first date, I legally asked him what it was like when Chiefs played Eagles in the Super Bowl, and he looked across the field across the line with review and saw his brother standing on the other, as five meters in front of him in the field,” she remembered.

“He didn’t even look at me. As if I know now what crazy question it was. … I thought everyone was on the field at the same time.”

Swift then detailed how her lack of knowledge of football quickly turned into a passion that remembered how excited she was when Chiefs drafted a broad recipient Xavier worthy in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft.
