Tharparkar:
With heavy rain that swirled parts of the district, 52 livestock died in three separate events after he was hit by lightning.
Near the village of Shahmeer Vekiya in Islamkot Tehsil hit Lightning, killing 50 goats belonging to Jafar and Saeendad Vekiyo. Similarly, a camel belonging to Ghulam Ali died in the village of Tagusar in Nagarparkar Tehsil, after being burned by Lightning, while a cow owned by Muhammad Lanjo was killed in the Lanja colony of Islamkot City.
The locals called on the government for the installation of land bars all over the district to prevent both human and financial losses.
