Islamabad:
The Federal Minister of Law and Justice Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar met with representatives of various bar associations.
Presidents and Secretaries for Bar Associations from Gujrat, Chiniot, Talagang, Bhalwal, Phalia, Pind Dadan Khan, Kamoke and others attended the meeting.
The Minister assured Bar Associations that the upcoming election of provincial council would be held on time and in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
He clarified that there would be no change in the Bar Council or any basic legal framework; However, certain regulatory improvements are under consideration.
