ESPNS Adam Schafter reported a few weeks ago that Detroit Lions reached out to the league office to monitor cut blocks on Star Aidan Hutchinson, but head coach Dan Campbell had none of it.
Hutchinson returned to action this season after breaking his tibia and fibula last season, and Schafter said in his report that the lions reached the league office for low hits.
Campbell, 49, called Schafter’s report “Bogus.”

“It’s fake. It’s a fake report,” an animated Dan Campbell told journalists on Wednesday.
“I don’t know where it came from. No one from here did it ever. It’s bull.”
Schafter’s report came on ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown” before Lions beat Baltimore Ravens 38-30 in week 3.

“He comes out of the broken tibia and fibula. If you see his performance (i) the first two matches of the year, what stands out by it is the fact that it feels like opponents have gone low on him, so much that Lions have raised the question with the league office,” Schtre said, according to “97.1 the ticket.”
“If you go back and look at the movie from the first game, look at how Green Bay gets in Aidan Hutchinson’s legs.
“There are a few cases where this happens where they go low on Hutchinson. Some of the same plays we saw in week 1 against Green Bay were also exhibited in week 2 against the bears. The lions have noticed and they have asked for the league office to monitor the players against the Aidan office – not to protect him. -The offices to be considered to be well. “
