Connor Murphy, a young American fitness content developer, was reported dead after running into the village lake and drowning.
Before jumping into a village lake, Murphy applied paint to the 22 million luxury house where he was a tenant.

The body of 32-year-old U.S. citizen Connor Murphy was discovered after an emergency call was received around 10 p.m. 15 local time on July 7, according to local media ThaiRath.
Police, medical staff from Ramathibodi Chakri Naruebodindra Hospital and volunteers responded to reports of a foreign national walking into a lake located inside a luxury residential town.
Rescue divers found Murphy’s body about 20 meters from shore.
However, there is no official autopsy report as the investigation is still ongoing.
The property where Murphy lived is a residential house worth about 22 million and was acquired on a lease for a period of three months at 35,000 baht per month.
According to local media, resort staff recorded video after Murphy began showing signs of distress for unknown reasons.
Village security staff said he got back in the rental vehicle, tried to approach another resident’s car, yelled and rolled on the road before police arrived.
When officers tried to arrest him, Murphy ran into the village and dove into the lake, which is more than 10 meters deep.
Onlookers told ThaiBath that he swam until he became exhausted and drowned in lake water.
