Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is apparently set to come out of hiding to appear in court amid his ex-spouse’s escape plans.
On Wednesday, July 29, the former Duke of York is due to give evidence via video link against a man, Alex Jenkinson, for “threatening” him.
As per Express.co.ukthe accused has been charged with two counts of using “threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour” to cause distress and harassment. It is understood that one of the charges relates to Andrew.
A trial begins on Wednesday, with King Charles’ brother expected to share his side of the story from a remote location.
According to reports, Beatrice and Eugenie’s father was subjected to this harassment when he was walking his dogs near his home at Marsh Farm.
The update on Andrew’s court appearance follows Rob Shutter’s revelation that Fergie has reached out to her wealthy friends in the US to seek refuge from the limelight after her private space became known.
