Clarkson’s Farm Season 6 filming continues for Prime Video as Jeremy Clarkson confirms he’s ‘perfect’ in heartfelt Instagram post following Season 5 cancer diagnosis cliffhanger

Prime Video and Jeremy Clarkson have released a video on social media confirming it Clarkson’s farm season 6 is currently in production (which you can watch in full below).

The news comes after the show’s bombshell Season 5 finale, which revealed that Clarkson had been diagnosed with prostate cancer. “If all goes well, I’ll see you for season 6. If not, I won’t,” the star had opted out at the end of last season.

“So… a bit of a year,” Jeremy said via the aforementioned TikTok. “But I’m happy to tell you that Season 6 of Clarkson’s farm is currently in production. And that’s particularly good news for me because… well, if you know, you know.”

“The observant among you will have noticed that… well, I’m not dead,” Jeremy said on his Instagram page. “And I’m not just not dead, I’m perfectly fine… and the reason I’m fine is because the doctors caught the prostate cancer early.”

The Amazon star continues to share the importance of getting tested, going on to tell The Times in an interview that he feels like “the luckiest man in the world.”

Speaking about being admitted to hospital in the season 5 finale, he added: “It was horrible and it was all my own fault. I had been on medication for heart problems and I had to come off it during the cancer treatment.

“Big mistake, big. That [resulted in] a very big emergency in the middle of the night. I won’t even go into the treatment that was required as a result of it because it was horrible. I didn’t ask a doctor, I just thought, ‘I’m sure going back on the blood thinners will be fine’.

Jeremy also confirmed that a prostate specific antigen (PSA) test in April 2026 showed no evidence of cancer.

That same month, Clarkson’s Farm’s official Facebook page wrote: “It’s now official – Clarkson’s Farm WILL RETURN for a sixth season, arriving a little later than usual in the summer of 2027.

“Filming has already faced a few obstacles along the way, including a hiatus from production, positive TB [tuberculosis] test and relentless rain earlier this year.”
