Major League Wrestling (MLW) World Heavyweight Champion Killer Kross has been the top guy in the company since winning the title at Battle Riot VIII in January.

With the debut of “MLW Fusion” on Veeps Saturday, Kross’ pro wrestling skills will be exposed to a whole new global audience hungry for in-ring action. He told Pakinomist Digital in a recent interview that he’s pretty excited about the new partnership.

“Honestly, selfishly, I’d say I’m very happy about it,” he said. “I’ve had some of my best performances, probably my entire career, with MLW. Just getting the time to go out there, main event and basically have the creative freedoms to be able to tell people the stories that I think they want to see out of me. It’s been amazing and to have it on a streaming service where anyone and everyone can see it, I mean, I’m asking for more.”

Kross is part of a full list of familiar faces.

Donovan Dijak and Bishop Dyer are the MLW World Champions, while Matt Riddle, Austin Aries, Shotzi, Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows, Scarlett Bordeaux, Blue Panther and Paul Walter Hauser are just a handful of names also part of the hard-hitting action.

Kross said the amount of talent that brings different styles to the ring really shows what pro wrestling is all about.

“I think there’s a nice mix of what people like in modern professional wrestling, ring-wise like the hybrid Lucha style, there are nostalgic elements of it,” he told Pakinomist Digital. “I always go back to ECW—just the extreme nature of it all. They can literally go anywhere, it can go off the rails, back on the rails. The creative freedom that we all have as artists there is practically unlimited to the point where we don’t necessarily set ourselves on fire and dive off the roof. But it’s an experience for all of us with MLW.

“We can really lean into that, we know that the audience wants to see us as performers and create something together that people want to see. All of that, I think, lends itself to a special character for the audience to watch because a lot of professional wrestling shows, they have guidelines that they have to follow behind closed doors, we don’t necessarily have the kind of guidelines that we can take that far in the ring. do, they’re from all over the world, different experience levels, there’s no limit to those types stories we can tell, which is very, very fun as a performer to be under one roof like that.”
