Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) Senior Leader Dr. Farooq Sattar has approached the Sindh Information Commission to release the inquiry report and related official records on the Gul Plaza tragedy.
Accompanied by lawyer Moshir Tariq Mansoor submitted Dr. Sattar filed an application with the commission requesting full access to the commission of inquiry’s report and procedures relating to the incident. He noted that it was the legal and moral responsibility of state institutions to publish the facts of such tragedies and identify those responsible.
