Sometimes I get a bit preoccupied with trying to find non-play words in Strands, and that was the case today when I wasted a few minutes trying to connect “ceiling” and “note”.
One non-game word I picked up was “give”, but I was well into the puzzle before I realized it formed today’s spangram for GIVETHENOD.
Two double letter combinations were the keys to unlocking this game – BLESS and APPROVE – but the slow progress I made warranted it being classified as “hard” rather than “easy”.
