NEW Strands today (game #842) – the answers
The answers to today’s Strands, game #842, are…
- FOOD
- BLOCK
- ARMOR
- BUILDING
- PORTAL
- STORAGE
- TOOL
- SPANGRAM: MINECRAFT
- My assessment: Easy
- My score: Perfect
Typical Aladdin and the version of A whole new world performed by the late, great Peabo Bryson dominated my first thoughts as I tackled today’s puzzle.
But instead of a “magic carpet ride” our search was focused on MINECRAFT’s created worlds, something I learned after discovering the spanframe right away.
From here it was a matter of trying to remember all the terminology associated with the game, which I have almost forgotten after a brief interest from two obsessed with-Minecraft nephews; FOOD was of course my first place.
Yesterday’s NYT Strand’s Answer (Monday, June 22, Game #841)
- CREEPY
- JITTER
- DISCS
- WILLIES
- Butterflies
- SPANGRAM: GOSEBUDS
