I was almost disappointed when I saw RELIABLE straight away as I like a bit of a challenge so to make it fun I roared through the whole game at breakneck speed.
I’m sure somewhere hidden in the letters is one Friends reference, beyond the theme itself of course, but I couldn’t find it.
Instead, we were given a selection of words to remind us of the qualities required of GOOD FRIENDS.
In my opinion, being LOYAL is the most important thing and being able to see beyond disagreements. In other words, it’s fine to hate your friends once in a while.

What is NYT Strands?
Strands is the NYT’s not-so-new-anymore word game, following Wordle and Connections. It’s now a full-fledged member of NYT’s game stable that’s been running for a year and can be played on the NYT Games site on desktop or mobile.
