‘There’s a liar in these tunnels’ – Metro 2039 gets new action-packed trailer teasing first-person stealth-action gameplay, a new stealth weapon and a February 2027 release window

4A Games has revealed a brand new gameplay trailer for Subway 2039as well as a February 2027 launch window for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X and Series S.

Revealed during the Xbox Games Showcase 2026, the three minutes of gameplay footage captured in the engine offers the first look at Hunter, the new Fuhrer “who has washed the Metro in lies and propaganda to gain ultimate power.”
