Vodafone’s mobile network went down just before 08:00 AEST this morning, affecting not only its direct customers, but potentially even those on MVNOs on their network, such as users with TPG and Lebara. This means this current outage could affect millions of customers, although Vodafone has confirmed it is “rapidly investigating”.
There are currently no updates on the Vodafone website, although its Network Status Checker gives errors.
According to DownDetect, there were over 8,000 complaints from 9.00am AEST this morning, but it has fallen since, although there is a slight increase again from 9am. 11 a.m.
