Domhnall Gleeson was quite surprised to find out who Taylor Swift is in real life, even though he already had high expectations for the pop superstar.
In a new interview, the Irish actor opened up about his first impression of the Eras Tour artist when they were both guests at The Graham Norton Show together.
Gleeson remarked, “It was amazing. But also, I just thought what a pro she is. She had seen everyone’s film in time to go on the case. She saw The paper; she had seen SteveCillian [Murphy]an amazing thing. I just thought it was such a great thing, and it kind of tells you why she’s so successful, as well as being musically gifted and all that.”
The About Time star continued: “This is someone who cares about what they’re doing. She does everything with a very light touch, even though there’s so much work behind it. I was so impressed.”
Gleeson wasn’t the first to praise Swift’s considerate nature, but many fans and friends have spoken of similar experiences with the Grammy winner.
In the comments, social media users flocked to applaud Opalite hitmaker’s personality, writes: “There isn’t a single person who had a bad experience with Taylor, some people should take notes.”
Another agreed: “I love hearing from people who have worked with her. The video was so fun and creative and even more so when you add the Graham Norton cast of it all. Taylor is amazing.”
