Meghan Markle had a special update to share of her own just an hour after the Princess of Wales officially revealed her first solo overseas visit since her cancer battle.
It is understood Meghan and Kate are not on speaking terms despite Montecito’s efforts to reconcile with the royals. Therefore, the Duchess of Sussex chose to share an interesting post for an upcoming event that has significance for both royal women.
The As Ever Founder revealed that it was the “last day for expedited shipping” to arrive in time for International Mother’s Day.

A candle, Signature Candle No. 506, is linked to Archie’s birthday on 6 May and is listed as “Prince Archie of Sussex’s Birthdate”. Another scent, Signature Candle No. 604, is inspired by Lilibet’s birthday on June 4 and listed as “Princess Lilibet of Sussex’s date of birth.”
Royal writers and experts have noted that the Sussexes have a habit of sharing news around the same time as a major royal update.
According to a source quoted by Rob Shuter, Meghan has used a calculated strategy to “change the subject” and shift the spotlight away.
Recently with King Charles’ visit to the US, Palace insiders noted that “no one was remotely surprised” that “all of a sudden something comes out of Montecito” when the royals are in the news cycle and getting positive attention.
The sources claim it is “not spontaneous” why news of Kate’s first solo overseas visit to Italy following her cancer battle saw something coming from Meghan within the hour.
