The singer was performing at the Adidas Home of Soccer event when a fan threw a mobile phone onto the stage.
Instead of throwing it back, the music icon paused for a moment and explained why she wouldn’t do it.
Looking at the crowd, she said, “I’m not going to throw it back […] Baby, if I punch one of these girls in the face, I’m responsible, we’re in America, remember that.”
